Pennie's mission is to deliver relief and revival to people of modern day life stuck in a spiral of 'doing' and lack of control. So many allow life's 'urgencies' to take over, letting life run away with them. She's passionate about allowing people to connect with the present moment and their 'being' again, whether through dynamic movement, restorative poses or meditation.
